A multifaceted leader, Soumya had taken up Chartered and Cost Accountancy as his career, working with JM Baxi and Euclid Networks, before co-founding and governing operations of a tech services company, Mindfire Solutions and now co-founding Hale HIT Labs.

A true tech entrepreneur, an alumnus of BITS Pilani and IIM Ahmedabad, Chinmoy started his career with Adobe, Interra, James Martin and Cadence Design Systems, before founding multiple firms, Mindfire Solutions, Date The Ramp and now Hale HIT Labs.

Dr. Litton has been a clinical psychologist in private practice since 1985 and is also the developer of PSYBooks – an EHR and a PMS, practice management system for behavioral health practitioners. With one foot in technology and the other in clinical work, Susan is adept at helping bridge the two worlds. She's a frequent presenter at conferences and workshops and has also written a book on telehealth published by the Professional Resources Press.

Xav has been a serial entrepreneur. He has worked and collaborated with several entertainment and transportation companies including Disney, Fox, Universal, Amtrak and Caltrans. Xav’s passion for the healthcare and wellness industry led him to found evox, a lifestyle network to support health and sustainability, serving LOHAS. He has also collaborated with Stanford University to enable patient assessments with HIPAA-secure messaging. In his spare time, Xav works as an Emergency Medical Technician.

Lynn is a highly experienced leader in perioperative services, having held positions from frontline staffing to VP with system oversight of 100+ hospitals. She excels in leading teams to meet quality, safety, satisfaction, productivity, and efficiency goals. Lynn has been acknowledged as a national leader in RF technology in operating rooms by USA Today. Actively engaged with AORN and OR Manager, she frequently speaks on diverse topics at national events.

Allen’s long tenure in the technology field combined with effective leadership has been instrumental in launching many successful healthcare, wellness & productivity software products and online courses. He is the owner of Ki Systems, a firm he founded in 1985 and which offers flexible and customizable small business ERP & CRM to businesses worldwide. Allen is a Filemaker Certified Developer, author and a frequent speaker at software developer and wellness conferences.
